Remove a wallet from a watchlist. The flow differs depending on the number of arguments present. If no wallet is provided, will prompt for address.
This command is only possible in DM with the bot
If no watchlist is specified, present menu of all watchlists to select between.
If no wallet is specified, brings up all wallets in watchlist.
After removing, the message updates to a confirmation.
