Scan to Groups (/blast)
If no token is provided, will first prompt. Then wil bring up a confirmation menu. The confirmation menu is different in DM with the bot vs. in groups.
Private DM
Beneath the confirmation are two menues with selected and unselected chats. Clicking a chat will move it from selected to unselected and vice-versa. The loadout of chats is shared with web.
In web the chat list will not appear updated until refreshing
Group
Only the confirmation menu is visible as to not dox what groups a user is in.
Telegram Blast
The telegram blast will appear as a scan, conforming to either fullsize or mini-mode depending on what the chat setting is. Additionally, any optional message appears in quotes. The scan attribution for rewards goes to the blaster.
